Business scope and process
1. Order quantity: Leather products' MOQ is 500 per paragraph each style, depending on the situation.
2. Order samples: If the company has this kind of product, free of charge. If you want to proof the product, according to the actual situation, charge USD$15-- USD$50 proofing costs (depending on the material process). The proofing period is about 3-7 days, depending on the workshop production and customer time negotiation. After making the goods will refund the cost of proofing or use for the payment of goods.
3. Formal order: Both sides confirmed orders for product design, quantity, material, price, advertising requirements (products can be imprinted silk screen LOGO, can also be made of different materials such as metal LOGO) and the delivery time. The two sides signed a contract of business cooperation based on equality.
4. Order Delivery: Our company will produce under contract by the quality and quantity of production. The transportation method is arranged according to the customer's request, free transport agents. The costs incurred by the transportation are borne by the customer.
5. Order payment: Within 24 hours from the signing of the contract, the customer must pay 30%-50% of the total payment in advance (depending on the situation). Pay the remaining money before shipment, the balance of the initial cooperative customers can be checked after arrival and then pay it. Payment can be made directly from the major banks, or Alipay payment.
6. After-sales service: Due to quality and other reasons, we will assume full responsibility, and the first time for customers to solve it. Damage caused by long distance transport, the time caused by the transport process or natural irresistible factors, we shall be excluded. 7. Other matters that remain unsettled shall be subject to negotiation by both parties.
