I’m quite pleased with this wallet. It’s a good compromise between the fat blob I used to carry and my minimalist mini wallet that made it difficult to extract cash or a credit card quickly when needed. This wallet is well made and thoughtfully designed. Bills are safely stowed after being folded in half and they’re easy to retrieve. There are two additional inner pockets and plenty of slots for credit cards and the like. I’m carrying 5 credit and club cards, some insurance identification, a drivers license and roughly 10 folded bills and the wallet is still thin and fits nicely in my front pocket. The shielding is an additional bonus. I would recommend this wallet to a friend.

I keep my wallet in my front pocket, so a small wallet is key (especially given that phones are getting bigger again). I used to use a small fold wallet from Eddie Bauer, but this one is far better, and a fraction of the price.

Quality: I have seen people complain about the quality, but given that this is super inexpensive, the quality is far better than I was expecting. My old wallet was 3x the price, and compared to this one, totally inferior quality. I haven’t accidentally washed it yet, but I suspect that will damage it, like any other leather good you wash.

Size: It is small and compact with a surprising amount of room. It has room an id (I carry two in that slot, but only one can be seen). 4 credit cards, a bit of cash, and two other pockets for receipts / more cards. I carry 2 IDs, 3 plastic cards, and less than 20 bills, and it works great. There is even room to stash a few receipts for that business trip.

RFID: I have no way of testing this, but it looks like a special fabric in two of the pockets, so I’m likely doing it wrong because I don’t keep my cards in those pockets, but I bought it for the size & convenience.

Hubby was distressed at my completely unorganized purse (just jammed everything in one pocket of my purse). After losing one of my credit cards for the second time (they stick to my phone and flip out of my purse). I decided it was time to listen to him (shocking). I had avoided getting a wallet because they were all so large and I carry a teeny tiny purse. This wallet is PERFECT. It is small, sturdy and holds all the credit cards I need (if you have more you can just double up your cards in the slots). I use the money pocket for extra cards and just jam any bills in the same compartment as the wallet. If you hate wallets because they are ginormous – this is the wallet for you. I have not tested the RFID.

No hundred dollar bill hanging out of mine, but I love it. I use the front for my license and my health insurance card, keep my car registration where some might put money and credit cards in the back slots. The card slots are too snug to hold more than one card per slot, but I only carry a couple of cards. I made clear tabs (3/8″ by 7/8″) at center of non chip end of cards to make it easier to pull card out, as cards fit deeply into the slots. I used two layers of tape and made sure width wouldn’t interfere with swiping, if needed. I like being able to show my license without having to pull it out of a cluttered wallet slot. I especially like this style because I can show my ID without revealing what I carry for credit cards. If I need to get my licence out, there is a center window (right over my ID info and license #). Because the license is very smooth plastic, I usually dampen my finger a little to increase traction and then can easily slip the license out of the slot. I like the snugness because there is no way the license can slip out of the slot by itself.

BTW, the protective linings are metallic fabric and look unlikely to tear; all slots are protected, including money section, except for license. All the stitching is tight with strong looking thread. The edges are smooth so that it slips easily in and out of where I keep it in my pocketbook. If I want, it contains everything I need so I can slip it into a pocket and leave the rest of the stuff I usually carry at home.

This wallet is perfect for what I need. I’ve recently started wearing flat front casual pants for work that actually fit me (Compared to the traditional pleated ‘stretch waist’ dress slacks). AND I have not worn my wallet in the back pocket for over 10 years now. My tri-fold wallet was ruining the line of my pants or something like that I was told anyway. Either way, I had a large bulge in my front pocket. Well no more thanks to this wallet.

This wallet is very thin. Which is exactly what I was looking for. There are a total 8 slots or compartments (6 card, 1 cash and 1 ID.) I never carry cash so the middle slot will be used for insurance cards.

There are really no cons. Only small complaint is the leather. It’s not the most supple of leathers. I’m hoping that once it’s broken it that all will soften up a bit. But the construction seems solid and I’m looking forward to years of use.

Pros: Solid construction. Nice Stitching. Soft Leather. RFID blocking. Good value.
Cons: A bit larger than it seems like it would be. Strange form factor. Gets fat in the middle.

I bought this to replace my old slim wallet because the old one didn’t hold as many card. This wallet is a little larger in both directions. It doesn’t seem like it would be much, but in practice it feels much larger. I’m still getting used to the size and dimensions of the wallet. I like that it holds as many credit cards as it does. I’m not sure I like the size… but I’m getting used to it.

The construction is solid. It’s a nice, soft leather with good stitching. The cost of the wallet was also real nice, so I didn’t feel like I was taking a big risk. There’s plenty of storage for my credit cards, which is a real plus. The letters on my credit card have started to imprint into the leather. They are not readable, so it’s not a huge deal, but it does ruin the aesthetic a little.

Another issue I have is that the credit cards all kind of group towards the middle, making the wallet fat in the middle and thin on the outside. In a small way, this takes away from the “slim” factor of the wallet.

Despite it’s weaknesses, I would still recommend this wallet. It’s a good value and it does suit its purpose well.

I have been a tri-fold wallet carrier for 20 years now. I noticed it was just getting to be more of a pain in the a@@ in more ways that one lol. I decided it was time for a change. I bought this and couldn’t be happier. It forces me to only carry what I have to have instead of every single gas/grocery/pharmacy discount card. I keep my most used credit cards, debit card and one fuel discount card as well as ID and cash in it. Now when I sit it doesn’t hurt anymore. I sat on a fully loaded tri-fold for years and only recently started to feels discomfort from it. When I ride my motorcycle it is thin enough I slip it in my front jeans pocket. Love it!

This is now my daily carry, so I am a fan. I like to keep my wallet in my front pocket with my phone, so slim is important. This is very slim, after my old wallet I keep feeling like I forgot my wallet and have to feel with my hand to be sure it is there. When wearing dress pants I put it in my back pocket but don’t want to be uneven when I sit down. This wallet is perfect for me.

The drivers license sits behind a piece of clear plastic, a little hard to remove but easy to see. My primary credit card goes in the slot immediately behind, and is easy to remove and reinsert regularly. In all I have 8 cards counting my drivers license. The pockets where the cards insert horizontally are thick enough to hold 2 or 3 cards each. The pocket in the middle is good for cash, but in order to use the cash you have to pull all the cash out and then unfold the cash. Using cash is OK but not ideal in this regard. If you use cash every couple of days or less often the extra slimness is worth the folded cash pocket. If you use cash every day you would probably be happier with a slightly thicker slim folding wallet.

I haven’t tested the rfid blocking. The drivers license pocket can’t block rfid well if that is a concern. I’ll assume the other pockets do block rfid. Frankly I’m not concerned with rfid reading as the distance is very small to read anything, none of my credit cards have rfid (in the US most of the credit card chips are contact only), the credit card companies and not you are liable for fraud, etc.

The build quality seems high in the stitching and the leather quality after several weeks of constant use.

Super slim wallet, holds my ID, medial insurance card, prescriptions card, auto insurance, auto club membership, 3 credit cards, 2 debit cards, and $100 cash and is still 100% better to sit on than any wallet I’ve ever used before. I only carry up to $100 in cash on me max, so I cannot comment on any amounts over that. ID window is easier to slid ID in and out of if needed that most of my older wallets, and it has my insurance and prescription card behind the ID, where I was previously unable to easily slide my ID in and out with any other cards behind it with other wallets.

If you’re the type of person that carries large amounts of things with you in your wallet, then this will not be the wallet for you to use, but if you are considering carrying a minimal amount in your wallet, this is a great product to consider.
