PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept Paypal, Visa Card and Master Card. All pricing is in US dollars. We do not accept cash, personal checks, C.O.Ds or traveler’s checks.

CANCEL OR CHANGE ORDER

Once your order has been processed in our system, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This generally occurs within two hours of placing your order. To cancel or change, contact us IMMEDIATELY by using the contact form. We cannot guarantee your request will be accepted. Once our warehouse has processed your order, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

ORDER STATUS

Kinzd orders ship within 1 – 4 days of the order date. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email. If for some reason you don’t receive an email, please check your spam folder & add [email protected] to your safe senders list so you receive all future emails.

You may use our Track My Order feature 24 – 48 hours after your order has shipped to view its progress.

To track Canadian orders shipping by UPS or Canada Post, please visit Asendia’s website and input the reference number that was provided in the shipping notification email. Please note that Kinzd will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.Click here to learn about our shipping policy.

The product images shown have the most accurate color possible. Differences in computer monitors may result in color variations between the actual product and your computer monitor.
