We suggest using a brand-new SD card (1GB–128GB).
If using a pre-owned card, please format it first. Cards with memory less than 1GB are not supported for recording.
*Memory card is not included in the package, customers have to purchase it on their own.
The screen comes with a protective film. Please remove this film before use to reveal the clear display underneath.

Please try these three steps:
1. Ensure the camera is fully charged.
2. Test with a different, formatted memory card.
3. Perform a factory reset using the Reset Hole.
