Easy ON /OFF

There is an extra Lockable snap buckle around the neck. You can hook it up without putting it over the dogs head.

Also, if you have a dog that doesn't like lifting up their legs. You can leave it buckled at the neck to put on just because it's quicker that way, it's really nice being able to just click the buckles and take it off without having to lift up your dog's front legs, especially if it's wet outside or they are muddy.
